At VEYZARA Global, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
* The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
* The product must be unused and unworn.
* The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories, if applicable.
* Products that are used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and, where available, an unboxing video showing the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
